Chenille Baseball Sports Patch made in the USA.
This patch is 4.00" circle with an overall dimension of 4.92" outside the sewn area for a total height. This area is used to show contrast and to allow material for sew down.
These patches are custom made to your order so the lettering and or colors can be changed to meet your needs.
Patches made on two pieces of material to match those of a jacket. Fluffy sewn area (chenille) is made using acrylic thread. Embroidery is done in a rayon or polyester thread.
Color to define:
In this design, chenille is white along with the top felt. Lineup (outline) color is Lt. Gold. Stitches are red. Lettering is black with black back felt.
Chenille fill usually matches the top felt color. Outline color generally matches the bottom or back color felt. Embroidery details usually matches the outline color although any color may be used.
As shown here, colors can be mixed and matched to achieve the desired look.
