This is a stock design and is ready to be sewn based on your specific colors.
This standard patch is 4" tall with an additional .46" each side for a total patch height of 4.92". The additional material is used for contrast and sew down. This area is used to show contrast and to allow material for sew down.
Custom color combinations are available using the standard athletic colors.
Patches made on two pieces of material. Fluffy sewn area is made using acrylic thread. Embroidery is sewn in either polyester or rayon thread.
Other size letters are available up to 12 inches at an additional cost.
