Chenille Letterman Jacket - Texas State Patch made in the USA.
The image of this design is a stock patch. Other states are available upon request.
This patch is 5" tall x 5.11" wide and is the standard for a 4" patch. The additional size is roughly 1/2" per side extra material that is used for contrast and sew down.
These patches are custom made to your order so the lettering and or colors can be changed to meet your needs.
Patches made on two pieces of material to match those of a jacket. Fluffy sewn area (chenille) is made using acrylic thread. Embroidery is done in a rayon or polyester thread.
Color to define:
In this design, the chenille is white along with the top felt, royal blue bottom felt. Lineup (outline) color is royal blue as is the lettering. These patches can have either script or block lettering although most often its block letters.
Chenille fill usually matches the top felt color. Outline color generally matches the bottom or back color felt. Embroidery details usually matches the outline color although any color may be used.
As shown here, colors can be mixed and matched to achieve the desired look.
