Chenille Letters for letterman jackets, sweaters and blankets

All of our products are made to resemble those original awards that have held with tradition over the years.

Each letter is made on two pieces of material unless they are being used on sweaters where it's recommended to only use one piece of material to prevent the sweater from having a "stiff" spot where the letter is placed. A single piece of material will allow for a more natural flow of the sweater material.

Sewn with acrylic thread and wool based scrim felt, these pieces are not designed to be washed. If cleaning is required, dry cleaning would be highly recommended.

This design comes with an available first come, first serve rush service on our most populate 6" letter for those mush have or last minute events.  Standard USPS 1st Class mail is included.  These items can be upgraded up and including Next Day Priority Mail for an additional charge.

Inserts in these letters are extra with the cost based on the type and number of inserts being added. Insert information and colors can be communicated at time of ordering.

• 6" is standard and can be made upto 15" tall if needed
• overall height is an additional .92" larger than the chenille area when two pieces of material are used
• letters for sweaters can be made using a single piece of material to reduce stiffness

• best sewn in place using a zig zag stitch to keep the edges from rolling up and producing a more professional looking final product
