Custom tackle twill two-color lettering for jerseys, uniforms and hoodies.
Tackle twill is a type of textile weave with parallel diagonal ridges on its face — or surface — side. The material is very strong and durable, which makes it a favorite for activewear applications. Originally used for football, it is a very tough, durable material now used on all sports jerseys, cheerleading uniforms, hoodies and jackets.
The image of this design is a stock patch. This design is 10.5" wide and 7.7" wide. Capital letter dimenion is a 3.5" letter. Most designs are scaled to fit within the width dimension above for the best placement.
No stitching is required as this is an iron on design although the design will look more professional and upscale if it's ziz zagged in place. This will also keep the edges from rolling up over time.
Lettering for this design is can be block or script with or without the tail.
This design can be a single color design or a two color design as shown here.
