4 My Jacket strives to make the order process both simple while assuring that the product designed and made matches both your need and expectation so that it can worn with pride.
Our chenille, embroidery, or combination patches are custom made to your requirements. Every item can have textual changes where text is part of the design along with color changes and on most designs increases or decreases in size.
Recently items that start with a "P" in the item number have had a color selection added to promote easier ordering. In the future, this color selection addition will be added to letters and inserts. Mascots will not get this upgrade due to the complexity of these designs, and as often the case, require more than just a few colors to create your unique mascot. The process for mascots will follow the same email and approval process.
The attention to detail is important as our desire is that you are both satisfied with your custom item and are proud to wear it on your letterman jacket, sweater, denim jacket, tote bag, or other apparel.
Our patches, letters, mascots, and other decorations are made in the USA custom to your requirements. Yes, you can order products from other vendors that may come from overseas and are sewn in a fixed set of colors. What those vendors do not offer is the level of customer service that 4 My Jacket will provide. If your patch does not meet your expectations, we will gladly remake it. Our process is designed to provide you a comfort level through each step of the creation process. We have over fifty 5-star reviews on Etsy and are working on our Google reviews with a 4.8-star rating.
Our order process follows these general steps:
- Your order is placed
- A follow-up email is sent to your provided email address with a "thank you" for your order and a request for information concerning color and text requirements
- Once those requirements have been incorporated, a follow-up email is sent with the actual product in digital format showing colors representative of those required and any text for your approval
- Once this digital proof has been accepted, then the item will move to production
- After the item is sewn, cut, and trimmed, a final picture will be sent of the actual product as produced
- If this picture is approved, then your item(s) will be shipped the same or following day
- If the item is not approved, any requested changes will be made, followed by another digital proof and the process starts over again with the new design changes
