Refund policy

As this is a custom-made product, no refunds are available as all product digital art must be approved prior to production.  

In the event that we make a mistake on your order, we will make every effort to correct our mistake in a timely fashion but will not return any products via any shipping method other than USPS First Class Mail and any products will not be returned by any other shipping method except USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise paid for by the customer.
