Terms of service

Payment is required prior to the start of any order.

Once an order has been started, the order may not be canceled as time and materials have been consumed.

Digital representation(s) of your product request must be approved prior to the start of production via email at 4myjacket@gmail.com.  

All of our products are custom made to your specific order and in most cases can’t be returned if unacceptable as they were approved prior to start of production and images of the product were sent prior to being shipped.  

Orders will not be shipped at our expense any other way than USPS First Class or Ground Advantage.  Should products have to be returned for repair, we will only credit you return postage equal to the cost of First-Class postage.  

We guarantee the quality of our products and will work to produce a product that meets your expectations within the limitations of the methods of production and materials used.

We do not guarantee products that have been washed or cleaned as this material may run, fade or have some other demise.

Standard delivery is usually +/- 4 weeks depending on our production backlog.  

We do have 3 levels of rush service - Super Sonic Rush, Jet Rush (12 - 14 business day at 35% upcharge) and Propeller Rush.  Each of these services comes with an additional cost and excludes shipping days.  

We also are not responsible in any way for shipping issues or delays that may occur but will assist in rectifying any issues that may arise.

We also reserve the right to refuse production of a product that has copyright or trademark registrations without written approval for their production from the owner of these registrations.

This product has a limited number of material colors.  As a result, color matching can only be "best match" with materials that are available for the industry.  Custom colors can be acquired at a cost of $2,900 for thread and can take +/- 15 weeks to have a custom color approved, manufactured and delivered to our production facility.

On complex artwork, vector art is recommended.  If vector is not available, there may be a $35 charge for creation of this art.  Vector art must be clean and representative of the final visual look of the design and not multiple layers of design elements that have been used in previous revisions or as design elements to create the final visual art.  Vector art with many layers and unused design elements is too time consuming to pick apart to be used in the production of this product and as a result will need to be recreated so it's clean art.
