We use email extensively so that there is clear communication on how these designs are to be made given that they are custom made just for you. Every effort will be made to meet or exceed your expectations in quality and craftsmanship.

Secure payments

Payments are processed through all the options listed here and are secure as they are backed by Shopify. We do not collect any credit card numbers and only use your name and address for shipping or direct comminuation with you. In the event that we invoice you ourside of an ecommerce purchase, those payments will be made via Square and their secure payment process.
