Chenille Dancer Letterman Jacket Patch

Our dancer patch is sewn on two pieces of material with the lettering sewn on the bottom material allowing the dancer to stand out in this design.  With lettering on the bottom, the amount of text can easily be expanded or reduced with an adjustment in the block size where the lettering is displayed.  This patch measures 6 1/4" tall x 6 3/8" wide.

On the Columbia Blue dancer, this patch measures 5.77" high and 5.06" wide.  To conserve space, the rocker only has lettering and no chenille.  Its measurement is 1.79" high and 4.93" wide.   This rocker is designed to fit directly under the Columbia Blue dancer patch as the rocker is the same size.  This item has been designed for sleeve application where a smaller design is required.

As with all products, there is additional material for sew-down allowance and is best with a zig zag stitch.

All patches are sewn with acrylic thread on a wool based scrim felt.  All embroidery lettering is either rayon or poly thread.
