Our letterman jacket chenille Greek letters can be mixed and matched to meet any occasion and are perfect for adding that extra personal touch. These letters have an overall height of 3.92" and varying width depending on the letter.
Each letter is made using two pieces of material where the top-material color usually matches the sewn chenille color and the bottom material usually matches the outline color and item being placed on. This color sequence is just a general rule and can be changed as needed. These letters are custom made at the time of your order in Dallas, TX, and are not sourced from any overseas location.
Material used in these designs is industry standard wool scrim felt and acrylic yarn. Each letter will also come with a white fusible backing that is both for looks and to protect the stitching.
Recommended application would be sewing these patches in place using a zig zag stitch to keep the edges from rolling up over time. It is not recommended that these letters be washed.
