Letter Build Options:

• Made in Dallas, TX, USA
• No minimum order - dollar or quantity
• No set up fees on most orders
• Proof approvals required for all products - your satisfaction is important
• USPS postage usually around $8 and free with orders over $75
• Faster delivery available upon request at an up-charge even on orders over $75
• Single or double felt layers
• Standard scrim felt based wool - some specialty  colors are polyester based with no scrim as part of the material
• Sewn with acrylic thread in most cases
• Outline colors to match or contrast chenille color
• Optional inserts such as football, basketball, track, words, etc.
• Each piece individual backing for looks and durability
• Wider borders available for bling upon request
• Heat applied backing available although not recommended
  
• Damp towel is best cleaning method
• Application with a zig zag stitch highly recommended

Standard 6" letter size:

• Standard height is 6"
• Finished height is 6.92" with material allowances 
• Width varies by letter shape
• Extra material allowance on bottom color for the addition of bling upon request
• Fit note: some jackets may require smaller or larger letters based on jacket dimensions and letter placement

Letter Decorations:

• Symbols - basketball, football, track, service bar(s) 
• Numbers - year dates, player numbers, etc.
• Position - President, cheer, cheerleader, Coach, etc.
• Names - person, mascot, school, etc.
• Inserts can be installed or loose as required

Every order is custom made.  Standard production is three weeks although product could ship sooner based on production backlogs.  

Bulk Orders:

This listing has an option for 6 - 12 pieces at a quantity discount and standard production times.

Additional bulk order breaks are at 13, 25, and 51 pieces available on request.

Order Logistics:

• Confirmation email follows within 24 hours
• Proof of design is creatred for customer aproval
• Once design is approved, requested item is then sewn
• Final picture(s) is sent for approval before shipping
• If item is approved as sewn, item will ship
