Chenille baseball letterman patch
As a standard sleeve letterman jacket patch, these designs are 4" in size with the additional .46" each side for color offsets and sew-down allowances will measure 4.92".
Thes patches are custom made to your requirements concerning colors, text and even size. All of our products from 4 My Jacket are made in Dallas, TX, with no minimums. Rush services are available if needed.
Our patches are made on two pieces of wool based scrim felt, with the chenille being acrylic and embroidery details either rayon or polyester.
In this design, the chenille is white along with the top felt. Lineup (outline) color is Lt. Gold. The laces are red, and lettering is black to match the black back felt.
Chenille fill usually matches the top felt color, outline color generally matches the bottom or back color felt. Embroidery details usually match the outline color although any color may be used.
As shown here, colors can be mixed and matched to achieve the desired look.
