The final item may vary from the picture shown to facilitate actual production requirements.  

All of these designs have been scaled to be 4" tall, which will make some too wide for a sleeve placement.  In these cases, the height will need to be reduced which will reduce the height.  When reduced, some of these items may have spaces too narrow to include any lettering.  In these cases, arches or rockers could be used for any required lettering.  Some designs might work better by making an insert out of the design and adding it to a different shape patch with any required lettering.  

These patches can be made as a felt patch which consists of a chain stitch border and embroidery lettering without any chenille fill.

As with most of our patches, these designs are sewn on two pieces of material.  

All of these images have been adjusted to be 4" tall with the width scaled in proportion for these listings.  The actual design will be adjusted to fit a sleeve unless the patches is for another location on the jacket.  Each design will have an additional .92" added for left/right, top/bottom felt borders.  Final designs can be changed so that states that are wider can be reduced in width which will also reduce their height.  

Fluffy sewn area (chenille) is made using acrylic thread. Embroidery is sewn using a rayon or polyester thread. 

Damp cloth is the best cleaning method.
