Chenille Tennis Ball 4" Sports Patch. Made in the USA.
This patch is 4.00" circle with an overall dimension of 4.92" outside the sewn area for a total height. This area is used to show contrast and to allow material for sew down.
These patches are custom made to your order so the lettering and or colors can be changed to meet your needs.
Patches made on two pieces of material to match those of a jacket. Fluffy sewn area (chenille) is made using acrylic thread. Embroidery is done in a rayon or polyester thread.
Color to define:
Chenille fill usually matches the top felt color, in this case white since the top felt is white. Outline color generally matches the bottom color felt which would be royal blue. Embroidery details usually matches the outline color.
