Our stock USA chenille flag measures 5.21" wide by 3.49" tall.  As shown, this design can also have a text block below the flag as a unified part of the design.  In this example, the overall height changes to 5.49" although it will depend upon the amount of text required.  There can be a single line of text or multiple lines to match your exact lettering requirements.  When sewn on top of the chenille, block lettering is recommended.  If script lettering is required, then the chenille will be sewn around the lettering with the actual lettering sewn directly on the felt.

In this example, the flag has been outlined in a navy chain stitch to add definition and contrast.  The flag is sewn in standard flag colors of red, white and royal with white stars.  The top felt is white, and the bottom felt is black.  Either or both felts can be the same color, different colors, or as shown.  The text portion of this patch has been sewn in royal blue also with the navy outline.

Additional larger sizes are available upon requested and priced based on the desired size.

Each piece is sewn on two pieces of scrim felt with acrylic yarn and rayon or polyester embroidery thread.  Make your patch look professional by using a zig zag stitch to attach it to your letterman jacket.  

A damp cloth is the best cleaning method.
