Construction Details:
- 6" is standard and can be made up to 15" tall if needed
- overall height and width is an additional .92" larger than the chenille area when two pieces of material are used
- letters come standard on two pieces of material
- letters for sweaters can be made using a single piece of material to reduce stiffness
- dry cleaning is recommended as the dye could fade or run if washed
- best sewn in place using a zig zag stitch to keep the edges from rolling up and producing a more professional looking final product
- inserts like track, baseball, football, service bars and words are extra and can be added as needed
All letters vary in width depending upon the letter although uniform in height at 6.92". Allowances for contrast and sew down material on these letters will add an additional .46" to each side.
