Standard Size
The standard sleeve patch measures approximately 6.00" wide × 5.63" tall.
Want to make a bigger statement? Larger sizes are available up to 12 inches for use on the back of a letterman jacket. Larger patches are priced according to the finished size.
Construction
Each patch is constructed using two layers of material that can be coordinated with the colors of your jacket.
- Chenille areas are sewn using acrylic thread.
- Embroidered details are sewn using rayon or polyester embroidery thread.
- Glitter accents are made from glitter vinyl.
- This design is finished with a satin-stitched border rather than our standard chain-stitch border.
