Custom Chenille & Glitter Pom Pom With Megaphone Patch

Mix & Match Colors for Your Letterman Jacket or Sweater

Create a custom chenille megaphone pom pom patch in colors to coordinate with your school, team, letterman jacket, or sweater. This design features the option to have either felt or glitter on the material next to the jacket.  The megaphone can be a different color form the pom pom.  As always, lettering is optional.

Standard Size

The standard sleeve patch measures approximately 7.38" wide × 5.11" tall.

Want to make a bigger statement? Larger sizes are available up to 12 inches for use on the back of a letterman jacket. Larger patches are priced according to the finished size.

Standard glitter colors include:

• Red
• White
• Silver
• Black
• Light Gold

Additional glitter colors may be available upon request.

Custom Lettering

Block-style lettering is standard. Because lettering space is limited, abbreviations may be necessary depending on the wording requested.  Upon request, there can be an embroidery solid block with contrast sewn under the lettering so that the lettering stands out more.  

Add Your Own Bling

Planning to add rhinestones or other embellishments? You may request a wider felt border on the top layer, bottom layer, or both to provide additional space for bling.

There is no additional charge for requesting the wider felt border.

Construction

Each patch is constructed using two layers of material that can be coordinated with the colors of your jacket.

• Chenille areas are sewn using acrylic thread.
• Embroidered details are sewn using rayon or polyester embroidery thread.
• Glitter accents are made from glitter vinyl.
• This design is finished with a satin-stitched border rather than our standard chain-stitch border.

Need a Larger Megaphone?

This design can be produced in sizes from the standard 5.11" sleeve patch up to a 12" back patch. Larger sizes provide a dramatic option for the back of a letterman jacket and are available at additional cost based on finished size.
