Chenille Letterman Jacket Round Patch With Insert

Custom letterman jacket round patch with insert made in the USA.

This patch is a 4" round patch with an overall dimension of 4.91".  Most patches have a chain stitch border.  This one has been created with a satin border for extra definition and upscale appeal.

These patches are custom made to your order so the lettering and colors can be adjusted to meet your needs.

On this patch, the baseball could be any sport ball, musical instrument, or other symbol related to the needs of this item.  Patches include a reasonable amount of block or script letters.  

Inserts on these patches can either be sewn as part of the design or sewn as an additional design element that has been sewn on felt then zig zagged in place.  

Patches are made on two pieces of material to match those of a jacket. Fluffy sewn area (chenille) is made using acrylic thread. Embroidery is done in a rayon or polyester thread.

Patch price includes design setup.

Chenille fill usually matches the top felt color, in this case red since the top felt is red.  Outline color generally matches the bottom color felt which would be vegas gold in this picture but has been sewn in a royal blue for additional contrast.  Embroidery details usually match the bottom color mater
