Outline below are just the basics for the creation of patches (color's) for motorcycle clubs and their leather vest patches.  Each design is unique to the club's needs and expectations.  The eagle was done for club that no longer exists and is being used as an example.  This listing is to create your unique set of colors or to produce additional pieces for an existing club or organization.

Most patches are created on a black poly twill material with embroidery stitching.  These patches can be round, square, or as shown - any shape.  Most of these patches will have an embroidery sating stitch border with an additional 1/4" of material outside the border for sew down using a zig zag stitch.  Each patch is then backed with a fusible which adds to the overall structure of the patch and should prevent broken stitches, that happen with age and wear, from causing a patch to unravel.  Black and white colors are generally sewn in poly and other colors in Rayon.  Rayon is generally available for all stitches upon request.  Maximum height on most center mascot patches is around 11" top to bottom edge.  Larger sizes are available with an additional cost that can be discussed when orders are placed.

Arches can be sized to best fit both the motorcycle vest, their placement, and the size arch required.  Generally, we try to create a one-size-fits-all patch for these arches so that everybody looks alike.  Arches can be up to 13" long - left to right and usually have 2 to 3 inch black lettering.

On the "add lettering" tab ( rank bars) patch, these are used for club names, positions such as President, Secretary, etc..  Most of these patches run around 4" long and 1" tall although they can be made larger or smaller as required.

Shape patches can be added for club design, symbols, or other needs.  Below are some shape options that can be used just to provide some ideas.
